In 1994, Sonny Kim and his wife, Joon, opened their first Mio Sushi restaurant in a small Victorian house in Portland, Oregon. With over 20 years of experience as a sushi chef, Sonny created a full-service Japanese restaurant with a menu that combines classic and creative fusion dishes, reflecting the local flavors and ingredients of the Pacific Northwest.
Mio Sushi is now open in the Oakway Center in Eugene
