"The New Cafe 440 in Coburg Station is a fresh approach to darn good food. It is open and spacious with an urban kind of classy neighborhood touch. The menu has great choices from Salmon Fish and Chip’s, to salads, steaks and burgers. The options are endless and the price range is affordable. The Goat Cheese Fritter Salad is amazing, as is the good ‘ole meatloaf with mashed potatoes. Even your basic Roasted Turkey Sandwich has some spice with Hazelnut Aioli. The food reminds me of home cookin’ gone gourmet. I am not only impressed by the food but also the service. I only had to ask a few questions and knew the food was fresh, homemade and local."
